Digital products

Our digital products (PDFs, printables, guides) are delivered instantly as downloads. Because of the nature of digital goods, all digital sales are final — we can't "take back" a file once it's downloaded.

That said, if your download is corrupted, incomplete, or you were charged incorrectly, contact us within 14 days of purchase with your order details and we'll make it right — a fresh download link or a refund, your choice.

Physical merch

Every merch item is printed to order, just for you. Here's how we handle issues:

Defective, damaged, or wrong item

If your order arrives with a printing defect, damage, or it's the wrong item or size, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order ID and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a free replacement or refund — your choice.

Lost or severely delayed

If your order never arrives or is badly delayed, contact us with your order ID and we'll make it right — replacement or refund.

Change of mind

Because each item is printed specifically for your order, we can't accept returns for change of mind, wrong size ordered, or color preference.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
